I rubbed the seeds in my fingers to remove the papery wings and then sowed in water which is changed every couple of days

24th April

The first seeds start to germinate

14th July

I had around 10 seedlings, most I had in the greenhouse and they disappeared, I presumed they dried out and died but in hindsight they were probably eaten by slugs. the ones I kept outdoors grew well, seen below

4th august

3rd September

Here you can see the remnants of the seedlings after they were eaten by slugs outdoors. that's the end of my first attempt with these plants.

I have more seeds I collected off a plant myself that I am waiting to germinate...
